Application of Ultra-High-Temperature Sterilizer

The UHT sterilization process is predominantly used in the dairy industry to sterilize milk and dairy products such as cream, ice cream mix, and yogurt. The process involves heating the product to an ultra-high temperature of around 135-150°C for about 2-6 seconds using a milk UHT sterilization machine.

 

The UHT sterilization process kills all the bacteria present in the product, which means that it can be stored at room temperature without any refrigeration for up to six months.
