Product Description
The quail egg shelling machine is made entirely of stainless steel. There are through holes in the body that correspond to the position of the egg placement hole. The upper end cover is connected to a piston through a connecting rod, and the piston extends into the through hole. There is an air nozzle at the bottom of the quail egg shelling machine column, and the bottom of the air nozzle is equipped with a pointed cone. There are threads on the outer surface of the main shaft of the quail egg sheller between the egg placement rack and the column.
Operation Method
1. Fresh quail eggs should be stored for 2-3 days (summer) and 4-5 days (winter).
2. Boil the water to around 85 degrees Celsius, pour in the eggs, stir and simmer over high heat, and cook in the shortest possible time.
3. Boil for another 15-20 minutes, then remove the eggs and cool them thoroughly in cold water.
4. After waiting for 15 minutes, take out the egg, pour it into the huller to break the shell, and then soak it in cold water.
5. Connect the power and water sources, turn on the machine, and control the water flow to a moderate level.
6. Pour the eggs into the sheller frame and start the shelling operation.
