The two rollers rotate against each other, and part of the fruit pulp is pressed into the gap between the toothed rollers, and the pits are squeezed into the elastic rubber roller. As the two rollers continue to rotate, the comb plate digs the pulp out of the gap between the toothed discs. The pulp and the pits with pulp enter two different collection hoppers through the distributor. One hopper is connected to the crusher, and the pulp enters the crusher for further crushing. The other hopper is connected to the pit washer, and the pits with pulp enter the pit washer to completely separate the pits from the pulp. When the crusher is working, the flying knife rotates around its own axis in the gap between the fixed bottom knife, thereby further crushing the pulp.
When the pitting machine is working, when the material enters the machine body, the material is evenly distributed between the scraper and the screen by the material distribution plate. At the same time, due to the existence of the scraper lead angle, the material is scraped and broken by the centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen. The juice and flesh are squeezed out from the screen holes (Φ6~Φ8), flow down from the pulp outlet, and sent to the next process.
