Product Introduction
The half juice extracting machine is suitable for cutting and juicing round fruits such as oranges, citrus, pomelos, and pomegranates. The applicable material diameter is Φ 50-90mm. Customizable processing materials with diameters ranging from 90 to 110mm. Blade made of 3cr13 stainless steel, blade holder made of nylon material, frame and other material contact parts made of 304 stainless steel;
The half juice extracting is mainly composed of a frame, concave convex ball rollers, feeding hopper, slag hopper, juice collection hopper, transmission components, etc.

Working Principle
During operation, the material is directly poured into the feeding hopper and manually fed into the sorting hole. The material entering the sorting hole falls into the concave ball roller, and the two concave ball rollers work together to press the material to the cutting blade for cutting in half. The cut material is then juiced by the two convex ball rollers. The juiced skin and juice are brought into the tank and separated by a filter screen to complete automatic cutting and juicing.
