Working Principle of Vegetable Blanching Machine

 

Machine work on the principle of steam blanching. High-temperature steam is used to kill microorganisms, inactivate enzymes, eliminate dirt and pesticides, and preserve the nutritional value and appearance of vegetables.

 

The machine has a large container with a bottom perforated plate that supports the vegetables. The perforations allow steam to pass through and blanch the vegetables uniformly. The steam is produced by a steam generator and is injected into the blanching tank through steam nozzles.

 

The temperature of the steam is regulated by an automatic temperature controller, and when the set temperature is reached, the steam is circulated uniformly throughout the container. After the vegetables have been blanched for the required period, the steam is turned off, and the vegetables can be easily unloaded.
