Maintenance of Rotary Bread Bakery Oven
Daily maintenance content:
1. After use every day, the bottom and top of the furnace, the baking tray frame, the air duct board, and the door glass must be wiped clean.
2. After use, wipe the body and panel parts clean.
Monthly maintenance content:
1. Check if the convection fan is loose, and if so, reinforce it.
2. Clean the oil stains on the convection fan.
3. Check the thermocouple head for foreign objects (mainly oily)
4. Check if each wiring terminal is loose.
5. Use a brush to clean the dust from the electrical parts
Precautions of Rotary Bread Bakery Oven:
1. Please use a clean towel for cleaning and do not rinse the equipment with water.
2. When closing the furnace door, do not use excessive force, otherwise it may damage the microswitch at the limit position of the furnace door.
