Production process of Seed Sprouting Equipment

Disinfect the machine and select beans → Soak beans to disinfect and clean beans → Set parameters for bean sprout growth → Observe on the first day → Observe on the second day → Observe on the third day → Harvest sprouts and seedlings

Disinfect the machine.

Thoroughly disinfect the bean sprout machine and germination box. Use a professional spray bottle of blended disinfectant to disinfect the box. After spraying, use artificial forest water to rinse the disinfectant thoroughly. Soak the germination box in the mixed disinfectant solution water, and rinse it clean with clean water after completion.

Choose beans.

Select a variety of specialized bean sprouts, remove dried, tender, rotten, chipped, insect infested, and damp beans, and disinfect the seeds with a blended disinfectant. After soaking for 1-2 minutes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wash several times.

Soak beans.

Green beans: 45℃ water, soak for 4 hours

Soybeans: 30℃ water, soak for 4 hours

Peas: 30℃ water, soak for 6 hours

Peanuts: 20℃ water, soak for 3 hours

Faba beans: 20℃ water, soak for 24 hours

Disinfect and clean soybean seeds.

Disinfect the soybean seeds with a mixed disinfectant solution. After soaking for 1-2 minutes, Rinse thoroughly with clean water and wash several times

Set and observe.

Day 1: Balanced greenhouse, automatic watering, and sprouting of beans.

Day 2: Beans begin to sprout and grow vigorously!

Day 3: Oil green bean sprouts appear

Collect dental seedlings.

After 4 days, harvest the dental seedlings and pack them.
