Working Principle

Generally, sesame seeds are roasted for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 150-175 ℃.

As the seeds roast, they release moisture, which is then expelled from the chamber through vents or exhaust fans.
The roasting time depends on the type of seeds being roasted and the desired level of doneness.
Once the seeds are roasted to the desired level, they are removed from the roasting machine and allowed to cool before being used in recipes.
