Product Description
This wheat washer and dryer machine including a washing water tank and a dryer.
Firstly, it washing wheat by water to remove sand and dirt on the surface of wheat grains.
Secondly, it is lifted through a spiral swing plate. At the same time, centrifugal force is generated due to the high-speed rotation of the dryer, which dries the washed wheat.

Installation and commissioning
This Wheat Washer and Dryer should be installed on a concrete foundation and must be tightly pressed with anchor bolts. The surrounding area should be a cement floor, and a water supply system and drainage ditch should be built.
The installation location should have a 380V AC power supply and electrical switches, and the motor should be equipped with overload protection and an ammeter. A clean water source with stable pressure (not less than 2kw/cm) is required.
During installation, the vertical and horizontal plane of the machine spindle should be dried, with a deviation of no more than 0.5/1000
The spray pipe of the dryer generally sprays every 20-30 minutes, with each spray lasting 20-30 seconds.
The gap between the bottom swing plate of the dryer and the bottom surface of the machine base should be around 5mm. After long-term use, the gap increases due to the wear of the swing plate. At this time, the two round nuts on the triangular pulley of the dryer can be slowly loosened to allow the rotor of the dryer to fall, thereby reducing the gap between the swing plate and the bottom surface of the machine base.
Working Principle
The wheat evenly falls into the wheat cutter due to the falling material. Due to the rotation of the cutter blades, the wheat is washed and suspended in water, and sent to the drying machine. Due to their high specific gravity, impurities such as stones sink into the stone auger and are sent in the opposite direction, falling into the sand bucket at the end of the water tank. They are then sprayed into the sand filter box by a sandblasting pipe. In addition, the dust discharged during wheat unloading is promptly discharged through the dust discharge square hole and transported away by the suction duct.
