Product Description

Machine Structure

The minced meat mixer mainly consists of a frame, transmission part, hopper, mixer, and electrical control part. The transmission part adopts chain transmission, which is smooth and has low noise. Working Principle

Put the materials to be mixed into the hopper, such as meat, vegetables, etc., then start the machine, use the mixer to rotate forward and backward in the hopper, mix the materials evenly, and then you can flip the hopper 90 degrees to pour out the materials.

Maintaince

Note: All maintenance works must be carried out after cutting off the power supply.

1.During use, if the mixer speed decreases or the filling efficiency decreases, the right guard can be removed to check the elasticity and wear of the ordinary V-belt, and adjust or replace it in a timely manner.

2. After using, the machine should be carefully cleaned to ensure food hygiene. During cleaning, do not rinse directly with a water spray pipe. When cleaning, the mixer can be removed from the hopper and the inside of the mixer and hopper should be cleaned.
