Introduction of almond sheller production line
The equipment consists of an elevator, an almond shelling machine and a separator.
Shelling machine
The equipment consists of an elevator and a three-stage shelling processing part. By adjusting the gap between the processing rollers at each level, the almond kernels can be processed in one go without grading. The almond crushing rate is low, and it is an ideal processing equipment for almonds, peach kernels, etc.
Elevator
The elevator receives the mixture of kernels and shells from the outlet of the shelling machine and transports it to the shell kernel separator to achieve continuous production.
Shell kernel separator
The almond kernels and apricot kernels are separated by using a vibrating screen and the specific gravity sorting effect of the through-flow airflow.
Working step of almond sheller production line
1. Feeding: Feed the almonds into the sheller through the feed port.
2. Grinding: The almonds are rubbed and ground by the kernel grinding device to remove the hard shell.
3. Shelling: After the kernel grinding device, the almonds enter the shelling device, and the almond shells are removed under the action of the high-speed rotating blades.
4. Separation: The separation mechanism automatically separates the detached almond shells and kernels.
5. Discharging: The detached almond shells are discharged from the machine, and the almond kernels are discharged from the machine through the discharge port.
