working principle
The working principle of the hazelnut peeling machine is mainly to remove the hazelnut skin through mechanical extrusion, friction or impact, and then separate the kernel from the skin through wind or screening system.
The hazelnut peeling machine separates the outer skin from the kernel through mechanical force.
The core principle is the combination of friction and squeezing force: the machine is equipped with a rotating drum or rubber roller inside. After the hazelnuts enter, the rotation of the drum drives the hazelnuts to rub against each other, and the rubber roller applies appropriate pressure, causing the outer skin to rupture and peel off.
Some models will also be equipped with airflow or vibrating screens to further separate the nuts and hazelnut skins. To improve peeling efficiency, hazelnuts need to be dried in advance.
Feeding
Pour the dried hazelnuts evenly into the machine feed inlet to avoid clogging caused by excessive feeding at once.
Start peeling
Turn on the machine, adjust the speed to the appropriate gear, and ensure that the hazelnuts are fully rubbed in the drum.
Collecting nuts
After peeling, the nuts and hazelnut skins are automatically separated by a sorting device and placed in different collection tanks.
