The peanut sheller is a machine that removes the peanut shell through a high-speed rotating body and keeps the peanut intact. Working Principle
After the normal operation of peanut sheller machine, peanuts are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. Under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor, the peanut shells are broken. Under the rotating wind pressure and blowing of the rotor, peanuts and broken peanut shells pass through a certain aperture screen (peanuts are threshed for the first time with a large aperture screen, and the washed small peel is replaced with a small aperture screen The second shelling). At this time, peanut shells and husks are blown out of the body by the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the lighter weight peanut shells are sieved by the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
How to Operate
Before operating the machine, ensure that it is in good condition, and all the parts are in place. Check the motor, the belts, and the rollers to ensure that they are in good working condition.
Turn on the machine and feed the peanuts into the hopper at the top of the machine. The feeding mechanism will transport the peanuts to the shelling mechanism.
Depending on the type and size of the peanuts, adjust the machine's settings to the correct setting to ensure efficient shelling.
The kernels will fall off the shells due to the vibration created by the machine's movement. Collect the kernels in a container and discard the shells through the exhaust port.
After the shelling process is complete, turn off the machine and clean it thoroughly. Remove all the shells and debris from the machine and ensure that all the parts are clean and in place.
