How To Operate Semi Automatic Cashew Nut Shelling Machine
The machine is made up of many different working parts. The primary parts include a hopper, a conveyor belt, a set of rollers, and an exhaust blower.
The conveyor belt moves the nuts into the shelling chamber,the rollers make pressure to crack the shells. Then the kernel and shell are separated after the process. The hopper is the part where the cashew nuts can be loaded into the machine.
1. Cleaning: To make sure everything is OK during the operation, you can use a rag,soft brush or the water to clean the dust on the machine.
