Working Principle of Wet Peanut Peeling Machine

Pour the soaked peanuts, broad beans, soybeans, and almonds into the hopper and enter the rotating rubber roller for peeling and discharging, which is easy to operate. Through the action of induction strips and feeding wheels, the raw material's outer skin is cut by the blades on the knife holder. Under the action of water flushing, the peeled peanut red skin is pushed behind the pressing wheel and the limit light bar by the red skin push wheel to the red skin export tray for discharge.

How to operate wet peanut peeling machine

After installing the whole machine, first connect the water source to the shower pipe on the top of the machine cover, and pour hot and warm water into the casters for lubrication. Connect the power supply to start the motor, test the machine for one second, and watch the casters turn.

Start the machine

When a person stands at one end of the hopper and faces the casters, the casters turn upward along the vibrating screen to work.Then stop the machine, soak the screened peanuts in boiling water, start the machine and pour the soaked raw materials into the hopper, and the machine will automatically enter the peeling state.

Because the different particle sizes of peanuts, the clamping ring of the upper supporting roller should be adjusted according to the size of the processed peanuts, so that the pressing wheel, adjusting wheel, and feeding wheel are used with leather wheels and glue.

Adjustment

The axial and radial gaps of the wheel are adapted to the size of the processed peanuts. The gap should not be too large or too small. The size will affect the peeling rate, but also affect the machine's life.
