2.the adhesive will be connected to the machine before production, check the temperature, time, speed and pressure data required by the cloth, and check the parts on the machine or the system runs properly.

3.preheat until the green light of the temperature indicator has met the standard requirements, at this time, the cloth and temperature test paper that are bonded with the fabric and the same material are too sticky.Close the machine, check whether the temperature of the test paper is consistent, and test whether the adhesive force meets the requirements of strong adhesion and whether there is no infiltration after cooling, and then cut the piece formally bonding operation. Records of test conditions and real samples shall be kept properly.

4.the operation of the machine will be abnormal from time to time, the bonding staff to maintain a high degree of vigilance, from time to time to check the change of the temperature number of the bonding machine table plate, also do not test the adhesion strength of the cut piece after bonding. If it is not normal, stop immediately and notify the workshop director or team leader.

5.When the machine fails, stop the machine immediately and notify the maintenance personnel for inspection or maintenance.

6.under normal circumstances, 15 minutes before the shutdown, first lower the temperature and let the machine continue to run for 15 minutes before the power is cut off, so that the conveyor belt life is extended

7.Clean the conveyor belt every day to ensure that the whole conveyor tape is clean and clean.
