Working Principle

Heat Shrink Sealing Machines use shrink films made of PVC, PET, and Polyolefins. The films are first converted into bags or wrapping sheets of different sizes to wrap and seal the product. The packaging is heated uniformly, causing the shrink wrap to shrink and conform to the surface of the product.

How to Operate Heat Shrink Sealing Machines

1. Load the product into the shrink wrap tunnel

2. Adjust the height of the tunnel and the speed of the conveyor belt

3. Set the temperature and time required for the wrap to shrink

4. Start the conveyor belt and initiate the heating process

5. Remove the product from the tunnel once the wrap has shrunk and cooled down.
