The working principle of Ice Cream Continuous Freezer is that the feed liquid of ice cream can be pumped into the freezing cylinder together with air through a mixing pump, and the air enters the regulating valve. It is mixed with a mixing scraper and frozen in an intermediate sol with R22 refrigerant.

The ice cream frozen on the wall is continuously removed by a stainless steel blade on the mixing scraper. Finally, after continuous freezing, scraping, and mixing with air, the feed liquid forms well organized ice cream under the pressure of the pump and adjustable constant pressure valve.
