How the fudge machine works
Ingredients preparation: According to your recipe, prepare all the ingredients before running the fudge machine. Make sure all ingredients are in the right amount.
Cook the ingredients: Combine sugar, glucose and water in a dissolving pan for about 15-20 minutes to get the syrup you need. Transfer the mixture to a buffer pot. Meanwhile, start cooking the next batch.
On-line mixing of additives: The mixture flows to the on-line mixer for seasoning, coloring, adding acid, and then pumped to the pouring machine hopper. If you have two sets of blenders, you can mix a mixture of two different flavors and colors.
Making fudge: At this stage, different shapes and colors of fudge will be molded by the pouring machine and filled into the fudge mold, and the weight of each fudge will be controlled by PLC.
Shaping and cooling: After filling with the mixture, the mold will be transferred to the cooling tunnel. Depending on the weight of your fudge, they will continue to move in the cooling tunnel for 6-10 minutes. Then transfer to the icing or oil coating machine by conveyor, store the fudge in the drying chamber, let the moisture out before packaging.
