Pasteurization Tank is mainly suitable for canned or packaged products such as vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, pickled vegetables, low-temperature meat products, dairy products, beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc. Materials can extend the shelf life through sterilization, heat preservation and cooling.

 

Sterilization process. Add a proper amount of cold water into the sterilization tank, fill the sealed glass bottle, put it into the sterilization tank, turn on the heating, and when the water temperature reaches 85 ℃, the retention time is 10-30 minutes (the duration can be set according to the process) to complete the pasteurization.

 

Cooling process. Fill the sterilization tank with cold water for cooling. The water temperature drops to about 50 degrees. After cooling, take out the material frame and the sterilized products inside.

Then re-insert the unsterilized products, continue to turn on the heating to 85 degrees, and then sterilize and cool the next batch of products.
