working principle
The operation of this device can be divided into the following four steps:
1. Pre sterilization of equipment: circulate sterilization of material pipelines at high temperatures to reach a water temperature of 121 ℃ in the buffer tank and maintain it for two minutes;
2. Material sterilization: Determine the sterilization temperature and time according to the process. If the product requires homogenization, the equipment can be equipped with pre homogenization (before sterilization) and post homogenization (after sterilization) options;
3. Filling: Customers can be equipped with ultra clean filling rooms and sterile filling rooms. Hot filling (temperature 88-90 ℃) and cold filling (temperature ≤ 25 ℃) can be selected for infusion;
4. Cleaning: divided into sterile intermediate cleaning and final cleaning. When converting different products or when products are prone to sticking, a sterile intermediate cleaning can be performed on the pipeline. After the experiment, perform CIP final cleaning.
