Working principle:
The material enters the water tank and is fully broken up, rolled, cleaned and conveyed under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles. The mud and sand washed off the surface of the material sink into the isolation bin at the bottom, and will not be turned over and refluxed to cause re-pollution. The debris and small insects floating in the water are collected through the mesh of the de-smashing mechanism and discharged into the nylon bag of the low water storage tank with the water overflowing the water tank. The washed material is sprayed and cleaned after being discharged from the water and sent to the next process. The end of the conveyor belt is equipped with a blowing device to blow off the material adhering to the conveyor belt to prevent it from being brought back to the cleaning tank.
