Machine Principle

The automatic bubble cleaner machine utilizes the agitation of bubbles to effectively clean the mucus and mud from the surface of fish. A large amount of mud falls into the outer tank of the cleaning pool, where it is collected and processed after cleaning.
The cleaning time for the fish in the tank can be adjusted and controlled as needed. The cleaned fish are automatically conveyed out by a chain conveyor belt, which does not damage the fish and has a long service life. The chain conveyor belt transports the fish to the lifting position, where a spray device allows for a secondary rinse with an external water source, ensuring the fish are thoroughly cleaned.
A floating debris collection device is located at the top of the cleaning pool; floating debris overflows from the overflow trough, and sediment is discharged from the drain outlet, achieving the cleaning purpose.

The bubble cleaner machine can be customized with chain plates of different aperture sizes to clean both small and large fish.
The cleaning time of the fish in the cleaning tank can be controlled, and the running speed of the chain plate can also be adjusted.
The bubble cleaner machine is in the form of an inner and outer tank. The inner tank can be designed as a lifting type, using a chain or cylinder to lift the inner tank, making it easier to clean impurities at the bottom of the machine.
