1. Water tank: Made of 304 stainless steel, easy to clean and durable.

2. Egg conveying frame: Made of 304 stainless steel, it is not prone to deformation and maintains a good usage condition.

3. Egg-laying roller: Made of soft material, it does not damage the eggs and increases friction, facilitating uniform egg-laying. It is produced in a mold-based manner and is standardized and uniform.

4. Egg-laying chain: Made of thickened 304 stainless steel chain plates, not easy to deform.

5. Cleaning brush: Made of wear-resistant curved silk, it has excellent elasticity and can remove stains from the surface of eggshells. The shaft is made of stainless steel.

6. Frame: There are two types available for customers to choose from: steel plate bending and square tubes. The steel plate bending structure is assembled into modules without welding and is less prone to deformation. The default requirement is a modular assembly structure.

7. Light inspection: Non-destructive testing of the internal quality of eggs is an indispensable part of egg circulation and processing. By using LED cold light sources, which are emitted from the bottom of the eggs, unqualified eggs with cracks, loose yolks, and sandy skins are manually picked out.

8. Conveyor belt: Food-grade PVC conveyor belt is used.
