It requires a separate vacuum pump. After the machine starts, the independent vacuum pump activates, drawing air out of the drum through pipes. Under vacuum, the drum begins to rotate, and the negative pressure environment allows the marinade to penetrate the meat more easily. Once finished, first open the exhaust valve to restore normal pressure, then remove the meat.

Before starting the machine, check that there are no foreign objects inside the drum. Do not overload the machine with material. Do not open the material gate during operation. After stopping the machine, first release the vacuum, then stop the drum and clean the machine promptly. Specific precautions can be found in the operation manual.
