Above is the whole station process when dealing with apples, during the whole process, it only needs the operator to insert the apple manually in the apple insertion station, all the process of peeling, coring and cutting are completed inside the machine, and the final product is discharged by the finished product slide.
Note
1).When operating, be careful not to use too much force when inserting apples, and beware of being stabbed by the blade.
2).When peeling, you should first observe the peeling effect of the blade, whether there is any phenomenon that the skin cannot be cut or the skin is not clean, and if there is any phenomenon, adjust the position of the knife seat and the gap between the blades in time.
3).Clean the residuum on the machine surface and blade in time after working.
