Machine Specification
The standard models for blueberry grading machines are 2 hole conveyor with 3 levels (12mm, 14/15mm, 17/18mm). The grading specifications are for reference only and can be customized according to the customer's desired grading size and level. Under conventional models, the yield of blueberry grading machine can reach 500-1000kg/h.

4. The front of the sorting system is equipped with a rotating brush. When the material is stuck in the belt hole, it is swept out by the rotating brush and carried to the next belt to solve the problem of material blockage.
5. The front end of the discharge belt is designed with a leak screen to facilitate the dropping of debris, and a door is installed at the front end of the leak screen for easy basket replacement.
6. Mobile casters are installed at the bottom of the device for easy mobility. At the same time, if necessary, it can be equipped with a feeding hoist device.

2.Graded perforated tape: Made by punching holes in industrial food grade PVC tape, the edges of the holes are smooth and will not damage the surface of blueberries.
3.Frame body: The frame body is welded from stainless steel plates and stainless steel square tubes.
4. Control box: The sorting speed is controlled by a variable frequency motor with adjustable speed.
