Advantages of Macadamia Nut Cracker Machine
Highly Efficient Opening:
Utilizing automated technology (such as PLC control), it can process multiple nuts at once, achieving an hourly output of up to 120kg, far exceeding traditional manual methods.
Guaranteed Quality:
It can control the opening angle (e.g., 180 degrees and 320 degrees) and width uniformly, thus it can consistent cuts, smooth surfaces, and reduced nut breakage.
Reduced Costs:
Automated operation simplifies labor requirements, reducing labor intensity and production costs.
Furthermore
This machine is often integrated into deep-processing production lines, and can be used in conjunction with peeling machines, dryers, and other equipment to improve overall processing efficiency.

Differences

01
180° Macadamia Nut Cracker Machine: This machine is specifically designed for automated production of macadamia nuts. It is a pneumatic machine that uses pneumatic and mechanical controls to cut and open the nuts. The opening depth is adjustable. The machine features mature production technology, simple operation, and strong practicality.
02
320° Macadamia Nut Cracker Machine: It is specifically designed for fully automated production of macadamia nuts. It is an electro-hydraulic hybrid machine controlled by a PLC program. It performs a ring-cut opening on the macadamia nuts. The opening angle, depth, and cutting speed are preset and adjustable. This machine features advanced production technology, excellent opening effect, and enhanced practicality.

Operation
Parameter Settings:
The cutting angle (280–320°), cutting depth (adjusted according to shell thickness, generally 1/2 of the shell thickness), and station changeover speed are set via the PLC control panel.
Feeding and Clamping:
Graded macadamia nuts are poured into the hopper, and the distribution rollers evenly feed them to the guide plate; the grippers automatically clamp the nuts to prevent slippage during cutting.
Automatic Cutting:
After starting the Macadamia Nut Cracker Machine, the motor drives the saw blade to move along the guide rail, completing a 300-degree arc cut; dual-station alternating operation (station A cutting, station B feeding) enables continuous production.
Discharge and Dust Removal:
After cutting, the grippers release, and the nuts fall into the discharge chute; simultaneously, the dust collection device is activated to collect the shell powder generated during cutting.
