To completely produce pearl cotton balls, a set of coordinated equipment is needed, not just a single "pearl cotton ball machine." The core process is: Raw material pretreatment → Main machine forming → Collection and packaging.

Raw material pretreatment:

Fiber opening machine: Essential. This machine opens and loosens the compressed polyester staple fiber raw material bales, removing impurities and making them fluffy and uniform. This is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of subsequent ball formation.

Main machine forming:

Polyester ball fiber machine: Essential. This machine mechanically winds and rolls the fluffy fibers into compact, round, pearl-shaped cotton balls.

Post-processing and auxiliary equipment:

Cotton storage bin / Cotton conveying fan: Commonly used. Acts as a buffer and connecting device between the fiber opening machine and the ball machine, storing and stably and continuously conveying the opened fibers to the ball machine, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.

Packaging machine / Bagging machine: Commonly used. Compresses, bags, and seals the produced pearl cotton balls at a certain weight (e.g., 5kg/10kg) for easy storage and transportation.
