The Burger Patty Forming Machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a compact structure and easy disassembly and cleaning. Equipped with adjustable thickness molds and a 30 liter feeding tray, the production capacity can reach up to 3200 parts per hour, compatible with various shapes such as circular and rectangular.
Built in magnetic induction safety switch, transparent anti electricity material display window, and IP55 protective electrical cabinet, in compliance with CE hygiene standards. Some models can be connected to flour mills and deep fryers to form an automated production line, suitable for raw materials such as poultry meat, seafood meat, and vegetables.
The working principle of the Burger Patty Forming Machine with automatic scraping is mainly based on three steps: extrusion, cutting, and scraping. The machine is equipped with feeding blades and forming rollers inside, which operate synchronously to ensure that the meat filling can be fully fed into the forming chamber.
During the squeezing process, the meat filling is subjected to uniform pressure to form the desired shape. Subsequently, the cutting system will cut the meat patty to ensure that its size and weight meet the requirements. The automatic scraping system is responsible for scraping off the meat paste attached to the mold or machine wall after each molding process, in order to proceed to the next molding operation.
