Working Principle of the tripe washing machine
Pre-scalding and softening stage: Hot water is introduced into the cavity through an external steam/electric heating temperature control system, precisely controlling the temperature. The tripe is scalded at a constant temperature within the sealed cavity, softening the black hair and old skin on the surface and separating them from the tripe wall, eliminating the need for chemical hair removal agents such as caustic soda.
Friction hair removal stage: The equipment features an inner liner with anti-slip raised mesh. A motor drives the inner liner to rotate at low speed, causing the tripe to continuously roll and rub against the raised mesh, using physical force to remove black hair, dead skin, and stubborn deposits.
High-pressure spray cleaning stage: The machine is equipped with a high-pressure water system, continuously spraying running water during the cleaning process to wash away shed hair, mucus, and impurities. Wastewater is discharged from a dedicated drain at the bottom. After the process is complete, the side quick-opening latch door is opened to directly remove the cleaned tripe. Processing per batch takes only 4-8 minutes.
Advantages of the tripe washing machine
Time and Labor Saving, High Processing Efficiency
The integrated scalding and dehairing design eliminates the need for separate large-pot scalding and manual hair removal processes. One worker can operate the entire machine, processing 2-4 beef tripes or 5-8 sheep tripes per batch, saving over 70% of labor time compared to manual processing. It is suitable for continuous production in small and medium-sized factories.
01
High Food Safety, No Chemical Residue
Pure physical high-temperature + friction hair removal, without the addition of caustic soda or hair removal chemicals. The finished product has no chemical residue, high tripe integrity, and a higher yield than chemical hair removal processes, meeting the standards for fresh food and catering ingredients.
02
Durable and Easy-to-Clean Material
The entire machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and resistant to hot water boiling. The cavity has no unsanitary corners; rinsing with water after processing is sufficient for cleaning, preventing dirt and bacterial growth.
03
Intelligent and Controllable, Simple Operation
The electronic control panel integrates start/stop, temperature control, and speed adjustment buttons. Water temperature and rotation speed can be adjusted separately according to the material of the tripe/sheep tripe/louvers. New operators can easily learn to use it after simple training. The sealed hemispherical structure prevents hot water splashing and keeps the workshop clean.
04
Water-Saving and Energy-Reducing
The sealed chamber water circulation design uses only 1/3 of the water consumed by traditional large pot scalding, resulting in minimal heat loss and effectively reducing water and electricity costs in long-term production.

Application Scope of tripe washing machine
Slaughtering and Processing Industry: Designated cattle and sheep slaughterhouses and slaughtering and processing workshops, used for centralized pre-processing, dehairing, and cleaning of cattle and sheep by-products (beef tripe, sheep tripe, honeycomb tripe, beef omasum);

Fresh Tripe Processing Plants
Hot pot ingredient processing plants and cold chain fresh food processing plants, for bulk production of fresh, cleaned tripe and rehydrated tripe raw materials;
Cooked Food and Braising Products Plants
Enterprises that pre-process braised tripe strips and braised beef and sheep tripe, for pre-processing raw materials to remove hair and dirt;
Catering Supply Chain / Central Kitchens
Central factories for large chain hot pot restaurants and beef and mutton restaurants, for centralized bulk processing of tripe ingredients;
Small Individual Processing Plants
Small-scale cattle and sheep slaughterhouses in rural areas and small offal processing workshops, replacing manual labor to achieve mechanized tripe cleaning.
