Installation and Debug of Pumpkin peeling machine

Installation instruction

1.First, set upright the cylinder and install it onto the machine

2.Connect windpipe to air compressor and cylinder

3.Install the upper and lower positioning pins and tighten the screws.
Debug and operation step

1.Check power supply before open the machine.

2.When power light on, press "knife downwards" button

3.Stand face to machine, push tap position pole backwards, peeling knife goes upwards; push tap position pole forwards, peeling knife goes downwards. Tap position pole in between is neutral gear.

4.Press "upwards"button, cylinder goes upwards restoration.

5.Put the melon to the down position nail.

6.Press'cylinder downwards'button, the cylinder goes downwards,the upper location nail catch the melon. You should make the melon stand straightly.And the nail is at the melon top center.

7.Push the tap position pole backwards, to make the left peeling knife close to melon.

8.Press downwards button, left peeling knife will go downwards start to peel the melon. When the peeling knife touched the 'lower limit device',peeling knife stop and finish peeling.

9.Push the tap position pole at neutral gear, reset the cylinder.

10.Take out the peeled melon.

11.Put the next melon to down position nail,press'cylinder downwards'button, then cylinder goes downwards, the upper location nail catch the melon(better remove muskmelon pedicel).Push the right peeling knife close to melon.

12.Press'downwards'button, right peeling knife will go downwards start to peel the melon. When the peeling knife touched the 'lower limit device', peeling knife stop and finish peeling.

13.Please repeat operate as 4-12 steps.
