Manually removing the head of the fish to be processed and extracting the internal organs from the belly; For large fish, it is necessary to divide the fish into two halves and rinse them thoroughly (to avoid contamination of the fish pulp by internal organs and fish blood).

Subsequently, the fish slices are placed into the hopper (with the fish's dividing surface facing the sampling tube and the back close to the rubber belt). The fish is driven by the rubber belt into the compression zone between the sampling tube and the rubber belt. Under the squeezing force between the rubber belt and the sampling tube, the fish meat is squeezed through the small hole on the sampling tube and enters the sampling tube. The fish meat fragments in the sampling tube will be automatically sent out as they rotate. And debris such as fish skin and bones are scraped off the outer surface of the collection tube by a scraper installed on the machine and dropped into the collection tank.

 

The entire meat separation process does not require manual operation, making it convenient and hygienic. The pressure between the rubber belt and the barrel is adjusted by the rubber belt tensioning device located at the head of the machine. The size of the adjustment amount can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the fish species.
