Purpose and Characteristics
The apple peeling, coring, and slicing machine is a specialized machinery used for apple processing.all parts in contact with materials are made of food grade sanitary materials, reducing the re contamination of products during processing.
The output of this machine can reach 8-10 apples per minute, and can process 50-90kg of apples per hour. The diameter of the apples that can be processed is 50-80mm, and the diameter of the apple core is 22mm. The apples can be cut into 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 petals, etc.


Working process and description
Apple → → Apple insertion station → → Apple peeling station → → Nucleation and slicing station → → Finished product slide
The above is the workstation process for processing apples on this machine. During the entire process, the operator only needs to manually insert the apple at the insertion station, peel, poke the core, and split it all inside the machine. Finally, the finished product is discharged from the finished product slide.
Operation and Precautions for use
1) Preparation before startup: Check the fastening and looseness of all exposed components on the equipment; Check one by one whether the fixing bolts of the guide block, the fixing screws of the feeding cylinder, the fixing screws of the cutting blade, the fixing screws of the template, the locking nuts of the swing arm, the fixing small shaft and adjusting screws of the lifting blade template, the fixing bolts of the return rod, the locking nuts of the blade shaft, the adjusting screws of the blade rod, the locking nuts of the blade seat, the fruit plug, the fruit blocking plate, and the two link pin shaft are loose. If found, lock them in time.

2) Power on preparation: When starting up, first press the start button to intermittently operate the device. During intermittent operation, the main points to check are:
A: The distance between the peeling blade on the blade holder and the fruit plug should be maintained to maintain the distance between the two during equipment operation;
B: Are there any unusual sounds in the motor and transmission system;
C: The return rod should be located on the inner and outer sides of the lifting template respectively during the feeding and retraction of the knife, and the lifting template plays a role in lifting the knife during the lifting process; If the feed and retreat are only on one side, the machine should be stopped immediately and the position of the return rod should be adjusted to make it work normally.
D: Is the rotation of the knife shaft free under the pull of the return spring;
Usage and Operation
Before each shift, the above steps should be followed for inspection, and any residue on the machine surface and blades should be promptly cleaned after work.
Idle running:
After checking for errors, start the machine and idle for 5 minutes. During the operation, pay attention to the overall operation of the machine and check for any of the above problems. If any problems occur, stop the machine immediately for inspection!
Material operation
Only after passing the above three inspections can it officially start working. Pay attention to the following points when working:
A: This machine should strictly control the diameter of the apple within the range of 50-80mm, and the surface of the apple should not have any scratches, decay, or impact to prevent damage to equipment components, unclean peeling, or knife blockage during the peeling process.
B: When inserting the fruit, the root of the apple should be aligned with the positive fruit plug, so that the center of the fruit core is inserted into the fruit plug.
C: When peeling, the first thing to observe is the peeling effect of the blade, whether there is any phenomenon of inability to peel or incomplete peeling, and if so, adjust the position of the blade seat and the gap between the blades in a timely manner.
D: If there is a blockage in the knife, stop the machine in time and clean it up.
