What should I do if the Small Vacuum Packer does not vacuum or the vacuum degree is not high?

Small Vacuum Packer will inevitably malfunction during use, but as long as the cause is discovered and solved as soon as possible, it will not have a great impact on the company. So what should you do if you know that the Small Vacuum Packer does not have a vacuum or the vacuum degree is not high?

Check whether the vacuum pump is reversed and check whether the rotation direction of the vacuum pump is consistent with the arrow clicked on the vacuum pump.

The Small Vacuum Packer you just purchased may not match the plane between the upper cover and lower cover of the vacuum chamber. Therefore, when we cover the vacuum chamber, the upper cover of the vacuum chamber should match the panel.

The stroke switch is not in place, and adjust the position of the stroke switch limiter.

The time relay is out of control and needs to be replaced with a new time relay.

The exhaust valve is not closed strictly, causing leakage. Check whether the exhaust solenoid valve and valve core (rubber) are worn, contaminated, or offset in the middle of the valve core.

Detect every part of the pipe for leaks or looseness.
