Features of Frozen Meat Slicer Flaker
No thawing required, preserving nutrients.
It can directly slice frozen meat from -18℃ to -2℃, avoiding protein loss and meat quality deterioration caused by traditional thawing, thus maintaining freshness and nutrients.
Uniform slicing, adjustable thickness.
The blade thickness can be adjusted with a precision of up to 5mm, typically ranging from 5–10mm. The resulting slices are as thin as cicada wings and uniform in thickness, suitable for hot pot, barbecue, and other uses.
High efficiency and labor-saving, improving productivity.
Industrial-grade models can process 800–3000kg per hour, and smaller household models also offer this feature. Significantly faster than hand slicing, saving considerable time and labor.
Wide range of applicable ingredients.
Not only suitable for frozen meat (beef, lamb, pork belly, etc.), but also for slicing potatoes, carrots, rice cakes, bread, ham, and other fruits and vegetables.
Stable structure and smooth operation.
Utilizing a widened body, a hardened gear reducer, and a high-torque motor, the machine operates without shaking or jumping during meat slicing, ensuring a smooth and efficient processing.
Energy saving and reduced consumption.
Compared to traditional thawing and cutting processes, energy consumption is reduced by approximately 65%, and there is no hydrolysis loss, making it more environmentally friendly and economical.

Working Principle of Frozen Meat Slicer Flaker
The working principle of Frozen Meat Slicer Flaker is mainly based on high-speed rotating blades cutting or slicing frozen meat. Depending on the application and scale, they can be divided into industrial-grade and small-scale household models.
Their core mechanism is as follows:
Material and Safety: The main body is mostly made of 304 stainless steel, conforming to the QB/T 5317-2018 industry standard. The dynamic balance accuracy of the blade reaches G2.5 level, and the noise is ≤ 85dB(A).

01
Power System
Typically uses a 4kW motor paired with a high-torque, hardened gear reducer to drive an aluminum or high-strength steel blade disc to rotate at high speed.
02
Cutting Process
A whole piece of frozen meat (usually at a temperature ≤ -18℃) is fed into the inlet, pushed by a hydraulic pusher or manually, bringing the meat into contact with the high-speed rotating blades and slicing it into thin slices.
03
Thickness Adjustment
By adjusting the distance between the blades and the feed tray, a slice thickness of 0–30mm can be achieved, with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm.
04
Applicable Scenarios
Widely used in meat processing plants, ham sausage, meatball, and sausage production lines, supporting continuous processing lines with meat grinders, choppers, and other equipment.
