Machine structure features

The Hydro Extractor Machine is mainly used for dewatering and drying of various textile (knitting) fabrics, clothing, chemical raw materials, latex products, etc. after washing. It is widely used in textile, printing and dyeing, clothing, hotels, hospitals, chemical and rubber products and other industrial.

The machine is a three-leg suspension structure, it can reduce the shaking of the feet during operation due to the unbalanced load in the hub.

The shell and the rotating hub are made of stainless steel, the cage base and the chassis are made of cast iron, and the outlet pipe is under the chassis.

The main shaft is made of national standard steel after heat treatment. One-time molding technology, high concentricity, makes the whole machine run smoothly.

The transmission part is driven by triangular belt, and the centrifugal starting wheel is directly driven by the motor.

It can make the machine start slowly and gradually design the speed to make the machine run smoothly.
