Refrigeration principle

In the Industrial Water Cooling Machine, the compressor (input electrical energy) inhales the low temperature and low pressure air energy refrigerant in the evaporator, compresses it into high temperature and high pressure air energy refrigerant and sends it to the condenser. The high temperature and high pressure air energy refrigerant in the condenser dissipates heat (air or water) to the outside world, and becomes low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant after the throttle valve (expansion valve, capillary). Low temperature liquid refrigerant into the evaporator heat absorption (external refrigeration) low temperature and low pressure gaseous refrigerant is inhaled by the compressor, continuous circulation constitutes the refrigeration cycle process.

The difference between air cooled unit and water cooled unit is explained

Air cooling does not need to be connected to the cooling tower, water cooling must be connected to the cooling tower. For air cooling, V-fin condenser + external rotor fan is adopted, which has its own fan for heat dissipation.

Air-cooled use: suitable for water-poor use scenarios or workshops, without the need for external cooling towers.

Water cooling use: suitable for use scenarios or workshops with sufficient water resources, requiring external cooling towers, otherwise it cannot run.
