The equipment adopts special transformer WBL (high quality transformer with high voltage 100KV resistance) with overheat protection, adopts centrifugal fan and air-cooled double heat dissipation protection device - while most microwave manufacturers use axial fan! 

Microwave extractor adopts high quality food grade stainless steel wire drawing plate to make the inner liner heating chamber. The microwave output is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene plate and special materials, and the carefully designed phase complementary shape feed is designed to ensure the complete normal operation of the magnetron.

The design and manufacturing process of the whole machine strive to be beautiful, practical and reasonable, the motor automatically slides down the cover of the equipment, so as to clean the heating tank, and the top of the cover is installed with two anti-microwave leakage devices. In addition, the microwave generator and power supply are equipped with cooling devices.

A set of condensing device is installed on the top cover of the equipment, and the gas is returned to the tank after condensation. The upper part of the powder inlet is installed, a liquid feed valve is installed, and the lower part of the material discharge device valve is installed. The user can also connect the pump.
