The working principle of the Garment Metal Detector Machine: first, the upper and lower probes receive and process the signal, then the strong magnetic field induction and photoelectric scanning induction are used, and then the strong electric integrated block, sensitivity control integrated block, signal receiving integrated block and signal output integrated block are used to complete the detection work.
When the product passing through the needle detector has a broken needle or contains substances such as iron metal, the needle detector is not allowed to pass. When the iron metal is detected, the needle detector will automatically alarm, and the conveyor belt will retract to the original position of the product; so that the inspector can remove the product returned by the alarm in time and quickly find the location of the broken needle according to the position of the broken needle indicator. On the contrary, if the product without metal is detected, it can pass through the needle detector channel.

Operation process of the Garment Metal Detector Machine
Check the equipment: Check whether it is powered on, whether the equipment is connected normally, whether the various indicators are on, and whether the sensor is placed correctly.
Start-up preparation: Power on the equipment, turn on the needle detector, and adjust the inductance sensitivity and various parameters. Sample detection: The sample to be detected is transported to the needle detector along the conveyor belt for detection. Note that the conveyor belt should match the sample to ensure stability and reliability. Interpretation results: If the sample contacts the sensor, a buzzer or light prompt will be emitted. At this time, the machine needs to be stopped immediately to confirm the location and size of the metal foreign body and make further processing decisions. 5. Record data: For each sample tested, the corresponding data needs to be recorded, including the test time, sample name, location and size of the metal foreign body, etc., and archived.
