Product Introduction
Cake production lines are automated systems used in the bakery industry for the efficient and consistent manufacturing of cakes. These production lines comprise a series of machines, conveyors, and other equipment specifically designed for making different types of cakes.
Cake production lines typically start with a mixer, which is used for blending the cake batter ingredients. The batter is then transferred to a depositor, which deposits the batter into molds or tins. After that, the molds or tins are moved to an oven, where they are baked at a specific temperature and for a specific time.
Once the cakes are baked, they are cooled on a belt conveyor before being transferred to the decorating stage. The decorating stage includes frosting, glazing, or icing the cakes, depending on the manufacturer's requirements.
Finally, the cakes are packed and labeled by automated packaging machines, and they are ready for distribution. All these processes are automated, monitored, and coordinated by central computerized control systems, ensuring consistent quality of cakes.
Cake Production Line is applicable to 400 * 600 baking pan in bakery food factory. The computer control operation is simple, convenient and efficient. Two sets of nozzles are equipped as standard. The hopper is made of 304 stainless steel and the shell is 201.
