A machine contains two main parts, namely the evaporator and the water circulation system. The device works by flooding the evaporator's interior with water, which in turn starts freezing. As the water freezes, it forms into tubes, hence the name tube ice.

Once the tubes are thick enough, a hot gas refrigerant vaporizes the exterior layer of the ice tubes, making them slide effortlessly and drop into a storage bin at the bottom of the machine. The water used during the process is re-circulated back into the water circulation system and reused, thus making it energy-efficient.

Operating a machine is relatively easy, and with these steps, you can get started.

1. Power on the machine.

2. Fill the water tank with clean water, ensuring that you do not surpass the maximum level.

3. Once all the hoses are connected, switch on the water circulation system. The pump will circulate water from the tank to the evaporator.

4. Once the water is circulating through the evaporator, switch on the compressor. The compressor will start the cooling process in the evaporator, thereby freezing the tubes.

5. Hot gas is generated at this point, which melts the edges of the ice tubes, allowing them to slide smoothly and drop into the ice storage bin.

6. Once the ice production cycle is complete, collect the ice from the storage bin and store it in a clean and dry place.

7. For long-term use, clean the machine's interior and exterior parts, and ensure that the water circulation system filters are clean.
