Working principle

The principle of sterilization is that within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacterial reproduction; the higher the temperature, the faster the reproduction. But if the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different optimal growth temperatures and heat and cold resistance.
Small pasteurizer machine actually takes advantage of the fact that pathogens are not very heat-resistant, and uses appropriate temperature and insulation time to kill them all. However, after pasteurization, a small number of harmless or beneficial, more heat-resistant bacteria or bacterial spores are still retained.

It has the functions of both sterilization tank and refrigeration storage.

Pasteurizers are mainly used to sterilize liquid food, such as milk, dairy products (yogurt, milkshakes, etc.), juice, and other liquid beverages, so it can ensure the microbial safety of the product and extend the shelf life.

This machine is also suitable for the sterilization of various condiments and sauces, such as ketchup, jam, soy sauce, etc.
bagged food
Such as vacuum bagged marinated meat products, low-salt pickles, kimchi, canned vegetables, canned fruits, ready-to-eat seafood products, etc. The bagged food is steamed and sterilized by hot water below 100 degrees Celsius, and then cooled and air-dried.
