Analysis and treatment of five common faults of vacuum enema machine

Fault 1: The drive motor of the sausage filler is not working. Solution: In fact, many friends know that this is because the power supply is not properly connected. Is that true? Of course, that's just one reason. Another reason is a blown fuse and only one fuse needs to be replaced.
Fault 2: The cylinder pressure of the auxiliary machine of the enema machine is insufficient. Solution: This is mainly because the pressure adjustment on the cylinder pressure regulator of the enema machine is too low. You only need to increase the working pressure of the pressure regulator on the cylinder
Fault 3: The screw feed transmission of sausage filling machine is not flexible. Solution: This is mainly because of the lack of lubrication in the screw feed transmission. You only need to purchase some lubricants to lubricate the screw feed transmission.
Fault 4: The filling function of the enema machine cannot be completed
Solution:
Reason 1: The vacuum tube in the sausage filler may be clogged with meat. You only need to take out the vacuum tube in the machine and clean the vacuum tube.
Possible cause 2: The vacuum pump filter is blocked. The vacuum pump filter is cleaned or replaced.
Cause three: The astern arm may not be installed in the filled thick material. Check that the reversing arm is installed in the machine. If the reversing arm is not installed, install it in time.
Cause 4: The scraper may not be installed. Some friends may have forgotten to install the scraper in a hurry. At this point, please check whether the scraper is installed in the machine. If no, install it in time.
Reason 5: The meat may be too cold or hard. Temperature can be adjusted if there is a mechanical switch button. Please remember to keep the temperature above -5℃. If you don't have a mechanical switch button, simply adjust the meat quality. Place in the refrigerator and adjust the temperature to 0 to 3 degrees. Remove the product after 10 minutes. Remember that the meat should be tender.
Cause 6: The pump blade may not be inserted correctly. Try to align the pump blade groove with the center of the rotor.
Cause 7: The pump may be insufficient lubrication. At this point, please try to lubricate the pump as a whole.
Fault 5: The pump of the vacuum enema machine does not stop. Solution: This is mainly because the weighing knob may be located between two adjustment positions. Try positioning the weighing adjustment knob to locate the pin.
