Maintenance
Check the hopper, discharge screw, and mixing blade for any residual fruit particles or frost, and run them idle for 30 seconds before starting up.
Check if the power circuit and emergency stop switch are normal, and if the belt and coupling are not loose or making any abnormal noises.
Power off and stop the machine, remove the discharge screw, hopper baffle, and all removable accessories.
Use warm water and food grade detergent to clean fruit pulp residue, and strictly prohibit high-pressure water guns from directly hitting motors and electrical control boxes.
After cleaning, dry all accessories and let them air dry naturally. Installation with water is strictly prohibited.
Tighten the foot screws of the equipment to prevent shaking and displacement during high-speed operation.
