Installation and operation
Installation:
1. The machine should be installed horizontally on a flat concrete foundation and fixed with anchor screws.
2. The workplace should have water supply conditions.
3. Connect the wires according to the electrical schematic diagram according to the rules.
Operating procedures:
Before using the equipment, first check whether the fastening screws of each part are tightened.
2. Check the fine-tuning display table in the fine-tuning mechanism.
3. After fixing the motor fan cover, connect the cooling water and turn on the power according to the electrical schematic requirements.
4. When starting the motor, first press the grinding head start switch on the indicator panel of the distribution box to check for any abnormal noise or vibration. If the situation is not normal, immediately stop the machine, troubleshoot, and then try running again.
5. When starting material processing, first start the main motor, then adjust the required grinding disc clearance, and lock it with a fixed handle.
After the material processing is completed, the handwheel should be turned clockwise immediately to disengage the inner and outer grinding discs before stopping the machine.
Maintenance
Before starting up every day, it should be checked according to relevant requirements.
Cleaning of grinding discs. After each work is completed, especially when using an external cooling system in series for processing peanut viscous oily materials, the corresponding vegetable oil should be washed multiple times.
Replacement of grinding disc. From the initial use, when the accumulated wear of the two grinding discs reaches 7mm or more, a new grinding disc can be replaced.
Grinding of the grinding disc. When there are special requirements for processing accuracy, the newly installed grinding disc must be ground with water or vegetable oil to a contact rate of over 60%, which is better used.
It is strictly prohibited for stones or iron debris to enter the grinding head to prevent damage accidents.
After use or in the short term, the inner cavity should be cleaned well to prevent corrosion, and it is best to dry it with high-pressure air.
