How to use this machine?
Machine installation
The machine must be installed in a ventilated, bright, and flat place. Use a level to adjust the machine to be horizontal.
After adjustment, do not move it arbitrarily.
Static adjustment (power off)
Open the top cover, hold the egg with your left hand at the groove of the balance frame, and twist the weights back and forth with your right hand to adjust the balance frame until it is basically balanced, then lock the two weights.
Adjust the same level of the other layer of the frame in the same way, thus completing the static adjustment process for one layer. Use the same method to adjust the next layer in turn until all are completed. The difference lies in that the weight of the sample eggs on each layer is different.
Dynamic adjustment (machine motor is working)
Place the standard eggs on the wheel located on the side of the conveyor box, starting with the largest level. If, during processing, an egg fails to roll off the corresponding balance shelf, it indicates that the weight of the balance shelf needs adjustment until the egg can roll off.
Subsequently, place the eggs from another box in the conveyor on the same level of another weighing shelf for fine adjustment, and lock the weight. This completes the adjustment of the file.
How to cleaning and maintenance this machine?
Clean regularly to remove egg residue and avoid obscuring or affecting the accuracy of defect and crack identification.
