Pre processing of frozen meat:
For small production volumes, natural thawing can be done manually, while for large production volumes, thawing machines are used.
Frozen meat slicer:
This machine uses a high-speed rotating cutter to cut frozen meat into slices of different thicknesses. The meat is sliced into slices without thawing (the temperature of the meat is between -7 ℃ and -4 ℃), eliminating the need for thawing and improving work efficiency.
Frozen meat grinder:
This machine can be equipped with corresponding cutting tools and orifice plates according to the different properties of materials and processing techniques, and can process particles of different sizes to meet the process requirements of the next process.
Meat bowl cutter:
The cutting blade is made of imported materials and processed by special technology, which has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance, and good toughness;
The key parts are processed using machining centers to ensure precision, with a gap of 1.5-2mm between the cutting edge and the chopping pot, resulting in good meat cutting and emulsification effects; The knife shaft bearing adopts two seals to ensure good lubrication of the rotating parts of the knife shaft and smooth rotation; The whole machine adopts good dynamic and static balance, with low noise and vibration.
Beating machine:
adopting a high torque heavy-duty transmission design, stable operation. Through hydraulic lifting, the bucket can be flipped and the rod can be automatically reversed. The material bucket also has a flipping function, which is convenient for material retrieval and cleaning. The material bucket adopts a double-layer insulation type, which prevents the temperature rise of the slurry inside the bucket and improves the effect.
Meatball assembly line:
It consists of five parts: molding, cooking, cooling, transmission system and frequency conversion control. The water in the forming tank and the cooking tank is heated by the steam pipe inside the tank, and the water temperature is controlled by a high temperature and high pressure valve by adjusting the steam flow rate, achieving a water temperature of around 85 ℃ in the forming tank and 95 ℃ in the cooking tank.
The water in the forming tank forms water flow through the hot water circulating pump, so that the balls coming out of the meatball forming machine will start to flow towards the end of the forming tank soon after entering the water. This flow process controls the flow rate of water through the regulating valve to control the flow of Rice-meat dumplings for quick freezing, so that the Rice-meat dumplings can reach the ideal forming state.
Quick freezing machine:
The tunnel type quick freezing machine adopts internationally advanced quick freezing technology and variable frequency speed regulation. High quality stainless steel mesh belt, high elasticity stainless steel wire, smooth surface, strong load-bearing capacity; The frequency converter continuously adjusts the transmission speed.
