1. Sifting machine

2. Pass the machine
Refers to butter, cream, eggs, etc., through the blender to form dense pores. Small production is generally stirred by spherical agitator, large production by inflatable mixing production.
3. Filling machine
The filling machine can be adapted to various cakes and shapes with a wide range of weight adjustment. It is a mainstream product in the mass production of cake.
4. Fuel injection machine
Spray the release oil evenly into the inner wall of the baking pan cake cup, so that the baked cake can be quickly removed from the mold and overcome the phenomenon of cake sticking.
5. Tunnel oven
Almost all baked goods can be baked in the tunnel oven. Through PLC intelligent control system, implement intelligent control of distribution mode. The cake through conveying chain plate, steel belt or mesh belt and heating element or direct combustion rod between the relative motion, complete continuous uniform baking and transportation. The upper and lower temperature zones of the tunnel furnace are respectively controlled to meet the requirements of heating the surface and the bottom of the cake.
