One, baking and cooling machine
The peanuts are directly lifted from the elevator to the hopper of the baking and cooling machine. The hopper is equipped with a material sharing device to ensure the uniform feeding of peanuts, and then the peanuts are evenly spread on the conveyor belt and transported to the inside of the baking and cooling machine for baking. The equipment has the function of baking and cooling. The baking part adopts the hot air circulation system, the temperature is precisely controlled and the baking is uniform. Three mirrors are added on the side, and LED lights are equipped, which can clearly observe the roasting state of peanuts and facilitate the adjustment of equipment parameters. Roasted and cooled peanuts are sent out through the outlet. Roasted peanuts have uniform color and ripeness, so peanut butter has the best color and fluidity.
Two, peanut half peeling machine
The peanuts are lifted to the hopper of the peeling machine through the elevator, and the peanuts enter the peeling roller orderly through vibration blanking. The peanut kernel and the skin are completely separated after extrusion. The skin suction device absorbs the red skin of the peanut to achieve the purpose of peeling. The peanut germ is screened out through the screening mechanism. Half a peanut kernel through the picking belt, manually pick out the bad peanuts, so as not to affect the flavor of peanut butter.
Three, colloid grinding
Peeled peanuts are lifted from the elevator to the colloid mill hopper. This is a key part of peanut butter production -- grinding, rotating the rotor at high speed, cutting and grinding the peanut so that the oil molecules settle after roasting.
Four, mixing tank
The peanut butter enters the cache jar from the colloid mill and is transported through a fully enclosed tube to the mixing jar, where the peanut butter is stirred to make it even.
Five, cooling machine
You need the right temperature for filling peanut butter. So the entire line is equipped with special peanut butter coolers. The ideal temperature for filling can be achieved by countercurrent heat exchange between cooling water and paste body.
Six, degassing tank
Peanut butter is sent to a degassing tank for vacuum degassing to inhibit the oxidation of Browning pigments, vitamins, aromatic ingredients and other substances and prevent the quality of the peanut butter from declining. A smooth, mellow peanut butter is finished.
